Mary Jo Dietrich, RN-BSN President & Owner Mary Jo is a founder of At Home Senior Services and has provided personalized, quality assistance to families in the Pittsburgh region for over 16 years. Mary Jo began her professional career in 2000 after having graduated as a Registered Nurse from St. Margaret’s Nursing School. She flourished as a cardiac nurse at UPMC Shadyside helping patients of all walks of life for 8 years. Mary Jo continued her education at Waynesburg University and received her BSN. Sensing that there was a need in her community for personalized, quality senior care she decided to start At Home Senior Services in 2007. Through At Home Senior Services she has serviced over 500 clients and has employed over 300 home health aides in the last 9 years. At Home Senior Services has allowed Mary Jo to use her skills as a nurse and her passion for helping seniors make the right choices when aging in place at home. David Dietrich, PhD Chief Financial Officer David has a BSBA undergraduate degree in Marketing/Management from Robert Morris University, a Certificate in small business management at the Katz School University of Pittsburgh, and holds both an MBA from Point Park University and a Ph.D. from Berne University in international business. David has spent over twenty five years working with small to medium size businesses developing domestic and international markets, strategic planning, turnaround management, business brokering, financing/private equity, business succession planning/exit options, and implementing e-commerce strategies. His resume is stacked with management, financial guidance, and entrepreneurial experience. Currently David utilizes his strong business background to support his wife in her non-medical in home care agency, At Home Senior Services. David is a strongly compassionate person and shares his wife’s dedication to helping seniors in the Pittsburgh area. For the past 9 years they have helped hundreds of families through the senior care process. Their agency which employs over 75 dedicated senior caregivers helps seniors stay independent in the comforts of their own home. Rachel Stetz Marketing Liaison & SEO Rachel holds a BSBA in Marketing from Robert Morris University. She has an interest in leadership having founded and run several different organizational groups at her Alma Mater including The Freedom Players, a group of college students who use the arts to engage and assist their community. Rachel has used her affinity for the arts to help young children in the Pittsburgh area. She has taught a wide variety of children through Act One Theatre School and has a particular soft spot for the autistic children she was able to reach through the arts. For the past 4 years Rachel has begun to develop her digital marketing skills. She hopes to use her digital marketing skills to provide families in crisis with the information they need to make informed decisions.
